As Founder and CEO of Lumina Financial, Damon is responsible for the vision, direction and optimization of Lumina as a whole. Pulling from over 25 years of real-world, entrepreneurial knowledge, Damon knows the market and seeks to pass along the wisdom to all we work with.
Damon is a relentless champion of the business owner and entrepreneur as he's worked his entire career to make sure others don’t give up on one of the greatest freedom’s we have: owning and operating a successful business.
Jacqui, CEO of Lumina Wealth does what Jacqui does best: get to work every single day, never giving up and finding real solutions for her clients. If more research or understanding is needed, Jacqui always goes the extra mile.
She’s worked for some of the top firms in the country: Morgan Stanley, Edward Jones, and all the while, injecting real-world experience into every principle. She earned her MBA from Walsh University and is a Certified Exit Planning Analyst.
Chris J Sterious is the President of Lumina Benefits, bringing over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits space. With a deep focus on midsize self-insured groups, Chris is committed to helping businesses eliminate the impact of rising healthcare costs on their bottom line.
He leverages his expertise to deliver innovative, cost-controlling benefit strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
Born and raised just outside of Philadelphia, Chris still calls the area home, where he lives with his wife and three children.
